We care about finding the perfect fit venue/location as well as vendors for your wedding or other special occasion event. Choosing a venue and/or location to host your wedding or other special occasion event is one of the first important (sometimes stressful and time consuming) decisions that you will make. There are tens of thousands of venues and vendors to choose from, and you probably do not have time to research them all or even the ones in your area. Allow us to handle all of the tedious arrangements with up to 10 total venues and up to 2 vendors (for each vendor category) contact information, including up to 3 one-hour planning consultations in office or via phone, with Vendor/Venue Search and Referral Service and more.

"By the Hour" Planning Sessions
Enjoy up to one hour in-office Bridal and/or Event planning sessions, that allow you to determine how often to meet and what to spend. Planning sessions cover any topic that you desire, include a monthly planning checklist for the Client and Planner/Coordinator's running records and more. Wedding Month Management and Coordination ("Day-Of")
Please note our "Day-Of" Coordination Service experience begin 4-6 weeks prior to wedding date.
“Day-Of” Coordination includes two one-hour Bridal consultations in-office or via phone at count down weeks 4 and 2 prior to wedding date. Complete planning and organizational worksheets will be provided. Includes one-hour rehearsal night coordination with custom timeline, custom vendor and bridal party day-of timeline creation and up to 5 total consecutive hours of on-site coordination to be used by a Planner/Coordinator during day-of. Bridal Emergency Prevention Kit on-site for rehearsal as well as day-of. Planner/Coordinator will serve as main “Point Person” for all contact regarding venue, hired vendors, as well as bridal party, and selective family members until the end of the wedding weekend. Consulting and Design
Allow us to assist you in the creation and design of your authentic wedding and/or other special occasion event style by turning your inspiration into a vision and carrying it through each design element. Consulting and design services may address any concerns or questions you have and includes assistance in choosing colors, theme, style, potential location/environment for this special celebration. Includes a custom consultation schedule, based upon time constraints and overall workload. Consultations include guidance in developing a custom wedding budget and conducting a seamless wedding ceremony rehearsal for your wedding day, help to prepare a wedding day emergency plan, and custom timeline creation for day-of chain of events. Wedding and/or other special occasion event consulting and design includes a monthly planning checklist – general guide - for the Client and Planner/Coordinator’s running records of meetings. Also includes wedding tradition guidance, such as etiquette and more if need be.
Partial Wedding/Event Planning
Please note our (Partial) Wedding/Event Planning Services experience begins approximately 9 months prior to wedding date.
Let us assist you if you have already started your journey to wedding and/or other special occasion event day planning, including but not limited to - booked your venue, possibly some vendors but need help finalizing details. Allow us to assist you and handle some of the tedious arrangements and details, as sessions cover any topic the Client desires. Partial planning includes Wedding Month Management and Coordination Service (also known as “day-of”) for up to 3 total consecutive hours of on-site coordination to be used by a Planner/Coordinator during day-of. Bridal Emergency Prevention Kit on-site for up to 1-hour of rehearsal coordination as well as contracted hours for day-of. Rate varies based on time constraints and overall workload. Additional hours may be added.
Full Wedding/Event Planning

Full planning will guide you through each step of the management process while handling every detail of your big day. Includes securing a venue and/or location, vendors, creation and implementation of visual design (including color pallet, table-scapes and more), budget guidance and/or tracking, floor plan layout, and complete Wedding Month Management and Coordination service (also known as “day-of”) for up to 5 total consecutive hours of on-site coordination to be used by a Planner/Coordinator during day-of. Emergency/Bridal Prevention Kit on-site for up to one hour of rehearsal coordination as well as contracted hours for day-of. Rate varies based on time constraints and overall workload.
Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination
Your wedding rehearsal should be quick, easy and run smoothly. There are many variations to the ceremony order and it is important that you and your Bridal Party know where to stand. If you are in search of a point person to run rehearsal and direct the Processional and Recessional - our rehearsal day/evening includes up to one hour of coordination for bridal party members as well as the Pastor/Officiant and/or Band/DJ if necessary. Bridal Emergency Prevention kit on-site. An additional fee will be added for set-up of personal and/or décor items such as pre-assembled aisle pieces, unity ceremony table and items, and more.
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination and Management includes up to 2 hours of on-site coordination during dinner celebration. Includes contact and coordination for restaurant and/or other location, catering, Band/DJ, if applicable. Additional hours may be added.
Set Up Service (Minimal)
If you are in search of a helping hand, someone who is organized and detail-oriented, to make sure all details and items of your wedding day are in place and aesthetically pleasing - our minimal service includes set-up of pre-assembled centerpieces or floral arrangements, seating or table charts/cards, Specialty tables - Welcome table décor, and Cake Table décor such as knife serving set, plates, napkins and more. Does not include cake/other dessert topper, arrangement of cake/other dessert. Includes various signage placement and/ or other pre-assembled pieces for all specialty table décor. Includes set-up service for table linens, runners, chair covers and/or sashes, however pricing and rates vary.
Tear Down Service (Minimal)
Allow us to create and implement a plan of action for your items that have been left behind, after you are pronounced Mr. and Mrs. Our Tear Down Service is minimal; however, it includes take down of ceremony and reception locations of pre-assembled centerpieces and floral arrangements (if items belong to you and are not property of a Décor and/or Rental Company/other). Linens, chair covers and/or sashes can be added for up to 15 tables, if requested. There will be an additional fee per each table in excess of 15 total tables. Does not include tables, chairs, or other venue and/or vendor equipment and/or property.
Elopements are also known as “Pop Up” weddings and are usually intimate and elegant celebrations under 20-25 guests in attendance. This service includes set-up (minimal) of pre-assembled centerpieces, bottle of champagne and toasting flutes, and more. Includes custom day-of timeline creation including coordination of Officiant and Photographer, Hair and Make-Up as well as optional vendors such as cake/dessert Baker, Catering, DJ, and Videographer. Elopements include coordination of travel and accommodations, mini planning checklist – general guide for eloping for Client and Planner/Coordinator’s running records of consultation sessions.

Destination Wedding Planning/Coordination
Already married? We would love to help you celebrate your marriage with a wedding vow renewal ceremony. Includes a destination of client’s choice, with assistance to make decisions from afar if need be. If destination is undecided, research of up to 3 ceremony (and reception, if applicable) locations is provided. Allow us to guide you in tradition and etiquette rules for your intimate celebration and more. Includes Month of Management and Coordination Service for up to 2 total consecutive hours of on-site coordination to be used by a Planner/Coordinator during day-of, if necessary, as well as custom day-of timeline creation including coordination of Officiant and Photographer, Hair and Make-Up as well as additional vendors such as cake/dessert Baker, Catering, DJ, and Videographer, if applicable. This service includes coordination of travel and accommodations. Additional hours may be added.
