There is a lot of talk about the “Day Of Service”. Can you share the misnomer of the title “Day of”?

What makes your service different than other Planners/Coordinators?

Truthfully I do not call it "Day-Of" as there is no possible way to just show up on the day of and start working.  A coordinator still needs to meet with the couple prior to the actual day to gather information and details so that he/she can be the point person for the bride & groom ensuring that everything goes smoothly as well as be able to properly execute their vision and run a successful event. It takes much more time to review and revise a Bride/Grooms' wedding day timeline and chain of events for not only them, bridal party but vendors included! My services actually begin 4-6 weeks prior to your date with building a custom timeline, vendor/bridal party coordination, rehearsal evening schedule creation including 1-hour on-site coordination, and more. On the day-of I arrive 1.5+ hours prior to the ceremony to begin coordinating.

As a vendor, what are the benefits to working with a wedding coordinator such as yourself?

So often I am told by brides and other vendors that I am very easy to work with and very professional and friendly. I am flexible, hardworking and.... improvise.  We are all there for the best interest of the bride & groom. It’s so important to work as a team on the wedding day with all vendors making sure everything goes well and to ensure a smooth & flawless event.
